IndieQuest is a celebration of the indie and obscure. We love independent video games. We love talking about them. This show is all about shining a spotlight on the smaller games that inspire us, intrigue us, and make us feel things.
Join your hosts Steve, Seth, and Josh while we build a massive list of recommended indie video games called "The Quest Log," review both classic and hotly anticipated indies, listen to some tunes, and chat with some friends along the way.
Why don't you sit down, relax, and come with us on this quest! All are welcome!

Episode 86: Bastion Review
Welcome back to IndieQuest, your friendly neighborhood Indie Video Game Podcast!
On the latest episode the full crew is back together to chat about Bastion (2011) to start off our SuperGiant game catalog retrospective!
Bastion is a game where you play as a character known simply as "The Kid." Your goal is to help restore the world after a terrible calamity by building something called "The Bastion." This game is a top down action adventure with unique storytelling mechanics. This is SuperGiant's first game and made them stand out. A lot of ideas from Bastion are carried forward to their future titles. How does this one age, nearly 14 years later? Listen and find out!
After the main topic of the show discussion, we do a very short spoiler chat after the credits. The discussion up to this point is something worth listening to if you have or haven't played Bastion. We do recommend you play the game if you haven't yet!
